Yoga for Shoulders
Overview
Sitting at a computer for too long can cause serious damage to the shoulder. Sitting too much in general can do damage. More often than not, the shoulders round and the front body collapses in on itself. We have talked about how on a more subtle level, this is a strong signal to active the fight-or-flight response. On a more obvious and visual note, this position creates immense strain on the body — especially the shoulders and neck. This yoga flow opens the front body and loosens up the shoulders. You will feel better, and you will be stronger.
