Overview

It is common for a person to have a weak back body and a tight front body nowadays. This is not a good combination, and it leads to poor posture, lower back pain, neck pain, increased stress, and many other problems. Any imbalance in the body and mind eventually leads to issues. This flow is designed to simultaneously strengthen the back body and open the front body.
