Yoga for Front Body
Overview
It is common for a person to have a weak back body and a tight front body nowadays. This is not a good combination, and it leads to poor posture, lower back pain, neck pain, increased stress, and many other problems. Any imbalance in the body and mind eventually leads to issues.
