Overview

The biceps can get so tight. If you think about it, your biceps are often passively contracted — or flexed — when you are working on a computer. Look at the arms. They are at a right angle. The same dynamic happens with the hamstring in the seated position. The flow will open up the bicep and counterbalance the load from many hours spent on a computer.
