Overview

Balance is the best thing I know to improve the mind-body connection and proprioception — awareness of where we are in space. It is also a highly effective present moment vehicle — metaphorically driving you right into the now, bringing you fully into the body. Balance is essential, and it is also vital for injury prevention. Don’t ever get intimated by having poor balance, and don’t get frustrated. Start from where you are, and remember that balance is not binary, It is a spectrum.
